What you need

  2. short application of why you would like to join
  3. two months commitment to the research phase
  4. time & financial investment of €150.-

How it works

After being accepted in the research phase we will find out what your specific needs for the coaching episode are. I will then take some time to create a program specifically for you. During the coaching episode you will practise with the provided materials and I will be available for feedback via telegram for giving you feedback, reviewing the videos you sent in and support you in the ways you need. As needed we will adapt the plan to suit your progress best.

How to apply
